Swipeclock Summit 2021, our partner conference, is just a few weeks away on October 7th and 8th!
Education and Inspiration
Summit is virtual this year, and the Swipeclock team is working hard to pack as much value as possible into each and every session. Swipeclock partners can see the agenda and register by visiting Swipeclock Summit ‘21.
While workforce management has never been simple, the pandemic has made it infinitely more complicated. Small businesses are desperately seeking flexible HR solutions that help them manage hybrid teams, comply with multiple layers of regulations, and support their employees. Our partners, which include payroll providers, accounting services and Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs), can provide these solutions to their small business clients.
To address the evolving small business environment, we have added some brand-new sessions–Cyber Security, for example–and updated our established content to reflect the current world of work as well as new product features.
Swipeclock Chief Executive Officer Coleman Barney explained, “Summit ‘21 will be an immersive experience that empowers attendees with in-depth, actionable training and guidance for both new and seasoned partners. Those who attend our Summits are our most successful partners because they sharpen their knowledge about our products and how to use them to solve their clients’ mission critical challenges.”
Inspiration, Innovation, Impact
Our theme this year is “Inspiration, Innovation, Impact.” The agenda includes 18 sessions, interactive breakout rooms, panels of experts, partner recognition and an Expo Hall. In the Expo Hall, attendees can learn about product extensions, chat with their technology or payroll platform rep, or see the next generation of time clocks. Partners who visit every station can register for a chance to win a $250 gift card and a box of Swipeclock Swag!
Up Your Sales Game
Breakout sessions include “Starting the Sales Conversation,” “Understanding the Client Experience,” and “How to Sell Timekeeping Paired With Scheduling.” A panel of payroll and PEO experts will present “How to Win in Today’s Market,” which will teach attendees how to make more money, delight their clients and win against their competition by combining Swipeclock solutions with their service offerings.

New Partner Resources
Partners can also learn how to get the most out of two fantastic resources; our Partner Empowerment Portal (PEP) and our monthly Campaign in a Box. If you haven’t used our extensive sales and marketing resources, this is the perfect time to get started.
Though the main events begin at noon on Day 1, we are offering morning sessions starting at 9:00. Topics include “Employee Timekeeping 101,” “The Six Scripting Secrets for Success,” “WorkforceHub – Beyond the Basics,” and “Solving PTO and Other Leave Challenges.” Visit Swipeclock Summit ‘21 for the complete agenda.
“The breakout sessions were great. Those sessions gave me more confidence in the product and how to sell the product. Hearing about where the product is going in the future was also great. It’s good to see the vision that Swipeclock has and how it ties into the vision of the company.” -Swipeclock partner and previous Summit participant
