Swipeclock Announces Enhanced Integration with PrismHR: PTO Data Sync

Swipeclock has developed a strong partnership with PrismHR over the years, ensuring that our timekeeping and scheduling solutions integrate with the highly utilized platform designed to support Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Administrative Service Organizations (ASOs).

We are pleased to announce a newly enhanced PrismHR integration that allows PTO data to be synced and added to pay stubs. This update ensures that employees can monitor their PTO more conveniently and stay current with how much time they have left every time they get paid. In addition, it ensures compliance in states where PTO balances are required to be included on pay stubs.

PTO data sync joins the other components that make up the integration with PrismHR:

  • Single Sign-On for employee access to intelligent punch clocks
  • Access to web clocks from the PrismHR employee portal
  • Automatic transfer of timesheet data
  • Employee synchronization with dynamic field mapping for increased accuracy
