What is it?
Summit is a two-day virtual education and inspiration conference for Swipeclock partners.
Delivering our Summit in a virtual format means we can reduce costs and facilitate broader attendance. We’ve seen our numbers climb each year which means you get an opportunity to meet a larger audience.
More than just another virtual meeting – this is live and engaged!
We’ve designed our Summit to take advantage of the best that virtual has to offer. Professionally produced keynotes, a 3D lobby and vendor areas, tangible attendee kits shipped to attendees, and more – make our virtual Summit an engaging multi-touch event.
When is this event taking place?

We deliver Summit over two half-day to help ensure people can attend, focus, and engage yet still get their “real life” work completed.
We’re in a busy industry. We know it’s hard to get away – even when the information is vital. So, we spread our event over two days, allowing our partners time to finish their critical work while still attending our sessions. We’ve received positive feedback on this approach including high engagement from start to finish.

To make sure you have a chance to meet each of our attending Partners, we gamify visitation to each of our Information Station booths with drawings and other encouragements.
Last year we had over 550 active and engaged attendees – our biggest audience of any previous Summit! This is the single best way to connect to the Swipeclock channel ecosystem.
Who will be there?
We expect over 600 attendees this year – partners that span from payroll service bureaus, PEOs and ASOs, financial advisors, HR consultants, benefit brokers, and more. We will be offering tracks tailored for executives and owners, operations, and sales and marketing folks.
Attendees represent our most engaged partners, eager to learn about new solutions, opportunities, and inspiring stories to motivate their success.
How can I be involved?
We’re glad you asked!
Take over an Information Station in our Expo Hall. Share collateral, guides, videos and even live chat with our attendees. You get complete control over your Station – brand it in your colors. We’ll provide hands-on training on how to assemble your booth and ensure you and your team are sporting the best look come conference time.
We’ll be encouraging attendees to stop by your booth with a “Black Diamond Hike to the Summit” contest. In this contest, attendees who visit each Information Station are entered into a drawing for a $250 gift card.
As a sponsor of our event, you’ll get:

on our Summit website through November.
3. Virtual booth
Be one of the exclusive sponsors to connect with 550+ attendees at your virtual booth in the Information Station Expo Hall.
2. Presence in our physical event kit:
Provide one piece of content (flat flyer or brochure) and a small item of swag that will be included in our Summit Attendee Kits*. These will be shipped to attendees in mid-September. All attendees who register before September 10 will receive a box full of Summit goodies – including a t-shirt and much more. As an Information Station participant, you can drop in some information about your product, platform or service offering. (*Size restrictions apply.)

Provide one piece of content (flat flyer or brochure) that will be included in our Summit Attendee Kits that will be shipped to attendees in early September. We’ll be shipping all attendees who register before August 20th a box full of Summit goodies – including a t-shirt, water bottle, and a Coffee Connection gift card (so our attendees can sip coffee on us while they attend our roundtable sessions!) As an Information Station participant, you can drop in some information about your product, platform or service offering.
