May 9, 2023

South Jordan, Utah – May 9, 2023

Swipeclock recently launched the latest addition to its product line, a Conversion Tool designed to benefit Partners and their clients by simplifying the move from TimeWorksPlus to WorkforceHub in just a few easy steps. The launch took place at Base Camp Live, an in-person event held in conjunction with the TPG Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida. Partners in attendance at the event were the first to learn about this powerful tool that makes it easier than ever to turn on enhanced functionality with a modern platform built around time and labor needs.

Partners can utilize the tool to convert their clients from TimeWorksPlus to WorkforceHub, a next-generation time and labor solution tailored to the needs of small-and-medium-sized businesses. Moving from legacy timekeeping to WorkforceHub provides increased usability, greater efficiency, and stronger compliance for small business owners.

WorkforceHub is an automated time and attendance solution with streamlined payroll integrations, access to real-time data, and all-new features. WorkforceHub users have access to compliance tools to manage overtime, scheduling, leave policies, and meals and breaks, along with an Accruals Manager that simplifies the process of building accrual policies and syncing accrued PTO with time cards.

Swipeclock covered additional benefits of converting to WorkforceHub on its Partner Connections blog. These include:

Clients with hybrid work environments will appreciate the mobile tools built into the platform. It’s easy to clock in and out from anywhere, with geofencing that tracks punches to approved work locations. A mobile-friendly interface ensures that users can access their information at any time.

All Swipeclock Partners have access to this powerful Conversion Tool beginning today. For details about becoming Workforce Enabled and using the Conversion Tool, contact your Swipeclock Account Manager.

Partners learned about the Conversion Tool at Base Camp Live in Orlando, Florida, on May 8. Product experts provided a demo of the tool and answered questions about how to use it effectively. Base Camp Live events are regional, in-person partner meetings that provide insight, updates, and the ability to provide feedback and ideas directly to Swipeclock executive management. The next Base Camp Live event is scheduled on June 25, 2023, in Austin, Texas. All Swipeclock partners are invited. Base Camp is our lead-up to our Summit event, an annual Partner conference that spans two days in the fall.
