Meet Keoki Sing- SwipeClock’s Technical Support Representative

Keoki’s been a part of the SwipeClock family for nearly eight years. When I asked Keoki what he enjoys about his job and what his service goals are, he replied without any hesitation, “To solve system problems and to ensure our partners have a good experience when using our products.” This is evident in the way Keoki researches and identifies the cause of issues and works with other internal resources as needed to resolve them.

Keoki and his wife of 16 years, Kazumi, have two sons, Loa (10), Hina (8) and one daughter, Kamani (4). They’re proud to be an international family. Keoki is Hawaiian, Chinese & Russian and his wife is Japanese. Their children are bi-lingual, speaking both English and Japanese fluently. They attend school in the U.S. and on their summer breaks they go to Japan with their mother and attend school there as well. It’s very important to Keoki and his wife to teach their kids about the various cultures that make up their family.

Role & Responsibilities 

Keoki is a Technical Support Representative. He manages PayEntry, Hosted VoiceClock and works day to day on the new cases being submitted to us by our Partners. Keoki spends time assisting with QA efforts when needed and is a great team player. Keoki is a TimeSimplicity Specialist, and he provides support for both TimeWorks and TimeWorksPlus. He is extremely knowledgeable and is our Senior Tech Support Guru!
