A Full Year of the TimeSimplicity Fast Start Program Coming to an End

We introduced TimeSimplicity, our advanced labor scheduling product, just over a year ago in May of 2015.  During the announcement, we also launched a groundbreaking sales and support program for all partners that was designed to help kick-start your efforts to build an advanced scheduling sales and support business.

Fast Start, where we offered to take the burden of selling and implementing TimeSimplicity off your shoulders, has been a tremendous success. The program has resulted in over 350 partners participating in over 1,000 sales calls and hundreds of product demonstrations over the last year. This led to the SwipeClock Professional Services team successfully implementing well over 100 TimeSimplicity projects for your clients. The result, thousands of dollars in NEW revenue for the participating partners.

All good things must come to an end and on August 31, 2016, we will be moving back to the standard SwipeClock support model for TimeSimplicity.

In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out a number of new training resources for TimeSimplicity for both sales and back-office support staff. These resources will include

  1. Training videos in the SwipeClock Online Learning Resource (SOLR)
  2. Weekly webinars
  3. TimeSimplicity specific daily training sessions (see article 1 for daily training calendar)

However, there is still time to participate in Fast Start.  Any sales opportunities that have been registered with your Channel Development Manager, or have had a discovery or product demonstration completed by August 31st, will be grandfathered into Fast Start. This means you can still get the sales support and implementation credit to assist in your efforts to learn the power of TimeSimplicity.

Following the August 31st cutoff, SwipeClock Professional Services will continue to offer implementation services for TimeSimplicity. These services will have a fixed cost associated with them, just like implementation services for TimeWorksPlus. If you have opportunities in your pipeline, we recommend reaching out to your Channel Development Manager to get these deals closed ASAP.
