Linzi has been a part of the SwipeClock family for eight years (and counting.) Linzi enjoys providing friendly, helpful, and efficient service to our partners all with a smile. I’m pretty sure you can hear Linzi’s contagious smile right through the phone.
Linzi and her husband, Adam, recently purchased a new home in Stansbury, Utah. When Linzi isn’t running around chasing her three-year-old daughter, Morrison, and her 90-pound Bulldog, Madin, she enjoys watching her favorite reality shows and entertaining YouTube videos.
Beth has been part of the SwipeClock family for two years (and counting.) Beth prides herself on paying close attention to detail when processing orders and making sure they are sent to our partners promptly. Beth’s main priority is providing “good customer service” to our partners.
Beth and her significant other, Levi, enjoy spending their downtime outdoors. Their favorite things to do are hiking with their Labrador, Buddy and their German Shepard, Marley and taking advantage of Utah’s awesome snow by snowboarding at Snowbird and Brighton ski resorts.
Role & Responsibilities
Both Linzi and Beth are responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting our partners as needed or directing them to the appropriate SwipeClock representative. They brand our existing marketing materials for partners, and they manage all of our hardware/accessory order fulfillment. They are responsible for making sure all of our sales and marketing materials are packed and sent on time to all of our tradeshow events (and so much more!)
